Calling the Ga. Secretary of State and demanding that he "find" votes and threatening and berating him unless he does so, is not using the legal system. It is third world politics of intimidation. By the way, each state has the right to determine how it runs its elections. Trump has no say so legally in that matter which is why some of his lawsuits were tossed.
