Trump will have to clean-up Biden's mess

Opinion by Liz Peek

What an incredible mess Joe Biden will be leaving for Donald Trump on Jan. 20.

It isn’t just the $36 trillion in federal debt (up $13 trillion since 2020), which has increasingly (and foolishly) been financed by short-term borrowings; it is also inflation that refuses to die despite slumping energy prices, a Strategic Petroleum Reserve that has been drained to perilous levels, a weapons stockpile that is dangerously low, a Department of Justice that has lost the confidence of Americans, billions upon billions of taxpayer dollars that have been invested in losing enterprises (here’s looking at you, Intel), an educational curriculum that teaches kids to hate their country but fails to deliver youngsters able to read and write, a housing crisis, a manufacturing slump and so much more.

Biden also leaves Trump the nightmarish task of extricating the U.S. from Ukraine’s war with Russia and — once again — having to restore a sustainable balance of power in the Middle East.

No wonder Trump is preparing to hit the ground running.

If Joe Biden were a decent fellow and a patriot, he would be using his remaining weeks as president to fix some of the disasters he has created. Instead, he is doing just the opposite.

Trump will have to spend a lot of time just trying to clean-up Joe Biden's epic mess.
Trump is a Reformer.
His goal is to get government abuses under control and get us back on track to a constitutional government.
Hopefully Trump will get to pick one or two mainstream Supreme Court judges.

It is fairly clear to me that you did not actually read the article you cited. But you liked the headline (zwhich is about as far as most Trump supporters get).

I call foul on this. I know several members of the military who were required to get vaccines before being posted to various places overseas.

Sure Trump had to campaign. But he was President and should have done his job. If he looks like he gives just a tiny shit about the pandemic and its effects on people and takes minimal action in the first two months of 2020, he wins re-election...easily.
Before being deployed they have a list of shots that you're supposed to get before leaving CONUS.

None of them included untested vaccines that cause horrible side effects.

Trump turned over the GD pandemic to Mike Pence and Dr Fauci. If anyone was guilty of neglect, it was them.

And according to my contacts, they did get them. Their CO's checked. :)

That is YOUR opinion. Which you give up the moment you enlist.

Sorry. The buck stops at the desk of the guy at the top. You can't have it both ways. The only reason Pence had to step in is because his boss
was proving to be completely ignorant and inept at doing his job.

I thought for sure March 13, 2020 was going to be the last day of Trump's presidency. If we had a Republican party with balls, it would have been. :)

LOL. That's not a mess.
Oh c'mon Jack. It is the biggest mess left any president in my lifetime.

Thousands of people dying each day from a pandemic that the last guy ignored.
Trump ignored a global pandemic? How, by getting a vaccine for it put together in record time? By putting together a 2 week plan to get rid of Covid that all the Blue states refused to follow? Or by not forcing everyone into falling for all of the mask crap hysteria that was later proven to all be a waste of time? BTW, Jack, did you know 2-3X as many people died of Covid under JOE BIDEN?

That's a mess. An administration denied a proper transition. That's a mess.
Biden is the one denying a proper transition.

A failed insurrection by a petulant child that doesn't want to give up power. That's a mess.
You are a failed insurrectionist petulant child, Jack? Trump didn't refuse to give up power--- as the election showed, he never should have had power stolen from him but he sure has it again now.

Trump...takes care of Trump....
If Trump were taking care of Trump, he would be about a billion richer and living on a private island sipping Pina Coladas with his beautiful wife and with a few more non-gray hairs on his head. But tell me Jack... does Jack take care of Jack? No? Then who takes care of you? Yes? Then what are you yammering about?

and now, he'll take care of Musk (who has billions in contracts with a lot of government agencies) and all of his billionaire buddies.
I guess that'll definitely leave you out.

Again, the next four years are going be a disaster.
This from the same guy who assured us 500 times that Trump would /never/ be president again! :auiqs.jpg:

Sorry. The buck stops at the desk of the guy at the top.

So the buck stops with Joe Biden.

If Trump listened to me(he doesn't) I would encourage him STRONGLY to investigate and prosecute all claims of voter fraud in this Country.

Yes, I know that States control the voting process but when it comes to Federal Offices, the Feds can intercede.

We haven't had a good house-cleaning -- Ever. For decades, if not hundreds of years, certain places have been run by people without the least bit of concern for its Citizens. Both Parties. There are many places where Republicans hold sway and democrats can't get a foothold.

There are many more where dimocrap scum are complete and total crooks about elections.

JFK called LBJ "Landslide Lyndon" and teased him all the time about "Ballot Box 13" because LBJ stole his Senate Seat in Texas. And everybody knows it. The Daley Machine in Chicago, Tammany Hall in New Yawk Shitty.....

Is it any wonder that Americans don't trust their government?

And now we have Kaliphony to add to the mix. Out and out thievery of at least three Congressional Seats there and the theft of a Senate Seat in Wisconsin.

When will Americans be able to look at their politicians and not suspect that he/she is just another crooked, criminal scumbag on the take?

Not until we clean up the vote-stealing apparatus in this Country. What's the difference between a Tyranny and a place where the voting process is fixed from the get-go? Tell me difference. Go ahead, I'll wait.

Trump needs to clean it up. And throw a bunch of people in Prison for LONG terms. IMHO, vote stealing is surpassed only by Treason.
None of that shit is going to happen.

Trump has already started. He's already doing presidential things. He has world leaders coming to see him and making some change their ways. They are SCARED......As they should be after screwing US for so many years while Slo Joe slept.

Increasing wages would go away long way to fixing alot of problems. People today are over productive and underpaid. As time goes on they will begin to demand more.

When gas prices are below $1.30 then things will be rolling. Should take 6 months.

I was in the military. They never forced poison on me giving me blood clots and permanent heart conditions.

Trump had to campaign like everyone else, dipshit.
No, they just sprayed everyone with Agent Orange.

It's a moral-relativism that doesn't excuse intentionally trying to give members of the military a permanent heart condition, while trying to destroy their natural immunity to infections.
No excuse was given. Just stating fact.
