No thats not the arguments against the plan.

1. Its a war crime.
2. It will cause massive US casualties and stick our people in hell for decades.
3. Yes the entire ME will be angry. We might get an oil embargo again.
4. Neither Egypt nor Jordan will take them. Turkey, the Gulf States, and the EU will not take them.
It is not a war crime unless force is used to move the Palestinians, and neither President Trump nor Israel has proposed forced transfers of the Palestinians.

There is no rational basis for believing incentivizing and facilitating the emigration of the Palestinian population will cause any US casualties.

The Arabs/Muslims are always angry about the existence of Jews and Israel, so nothing new here. The Arab states can't afford another oil embargo.

Pretty much everyone will take them. President Trump has not proposed to send shiploads of Palestinians under duress, but to facilitate the emigration of Palestinians as individuals. Before the war fully a third of the Gaza population would have left under this plan, and now many more Palestinians will accept a chance to flee war torn, devastated Gaza.

Not true. As both President Trump and his son in law have pointed out Gaza is prime real estate for development and private investors will be eager to purchase or lease land for development.
1. Your position is that the US military will forcibly remove 2,000,000 Palestinians from Gaza

2. Place them all in detention camps throughout the ME, in countries who refuse to accept them

3. Then private investors, primarily rich Jews or funds controlled by Jews will pay (Trump?) to buy Gaza properties "as-is"

4. Then fund the demolition of Gaza rubble, for the removal of unexploded ordinance, and then pay for the construction of a new Paradise Gaza where the world's wealthy will come to live and play?

what could go wrong?

President Trump seems to think it is a worthwhile expenditure.
So do you really think congress will cough up any money to relocate the Palestinians?

About $100b, like Homan asked for to deport a few million illegals, or more, who feeds them after forced relocation?

What about the added cost to the US military?

How many US soldiers lives will be lost for Paradise Gaza, 1,000 or 10,000?

President Trump needs to pull his head out of his ass.

Of course we both know none of that is true, so why bother to post it? Are you just lonely?

The US/Israel will incentivize and facilitate the voluntary emigration of Gazans from war torn devastated Gaza to places that will allow them and their children to lead normal lives. Before this war, fully a third of Gazans wanted to leave but lacked the resources to do so, and now that number will radically increase. Despite all the rhetoric now, it will be very difficult for most countries, most especially most Muslim countries to refuse the applications of individual Palestinians to move there.

In the developed world, nearly all real estate development is funded by private investors, so there would be nothing special about Gaza's development being funded by private investors.

It is a bold plan, but everyone but the terrorists and their supporters would benefit from it, most especially the Palestinians who have the opportunity to escape from worn torn devastated Gaza.

So you are not necessarily opposed to his proposals but doubt he will be successful in implementing them.

You're either a comedian or totally ignorant of reality.
1. Israel has no money unless we give it to them, so you are saying that the US will fund the "voluntary" relocation of 2m Gazans. Congress will never fund the relocation of Gazans, you should know that.

2. One problem is that no country wants to import Hamas terrorists. So that is a problem. What we call a "show-stopper".

3. What do you do with the 200,000 or so Gazans that would rather fight than relocate? Who roots them out? The US or IDF?

4. You apparently have no clue what ROI is. The Saudis and Qataris say no money without a New Palestine to keep Gazans together. No one else has the money to develop Gaza.

5. Trump's wet dream of Paradise Gaza is DOA. If Republicans support it they get crushed in 2026 and 2028.

I'm all for out the box thinking, but I doubt this will go any further than the concept stage.

Guess we will see. Accepting this deal may prevent nuclear war in the region. If not, then nothing lost for us and the fighting and death will go on. Good chance that if the ME does not accept this deal then Gaza will end up just more real estate owned by Israel and all Palis will be forever excluded. Either way, I will not fall into a panic before the details of the effort are even out.

He's talking like an idiot. We returning to days of chaos and confusion.

No.

Stay out.

Phukk 'em.

Let 'em rot, blindly stumbling-about shell-shocked in the smoking ruins.

But only after we've told Israel "Weapons Free" and turned 'em loose on what's left of Hamas.

Replenishing Israeli ammunition stocks when they start running low.

And...

Not one penny for Relief or Reconstruction... not one penny.

Let the Arabs pay for it this time and do the heavy lifting...

And, if the Gazans ever again launch an October 7th... carpet-bomb 'em back to a liquified state...

Trump says "U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip". Do you support Trump on this?

Yes or No?

Obviously No!
Absolutely! The two state solution has been going on for decades and has gotten nowhere. I mean, right now, there are essentially two states with Israel and Gaza. Palestinians have shown they are incapable of living peacefully with their neighbors with Hamas or anyone that is associated with Iran and terrorism. If we take over, then we will make sure there is no Hamas or any other terrorist organization in Gaza. If Palestinians want to live and work there, great! But, they will have to do is in peace with Israel. No more "Peace Plans" than have never worked.

I can certainly see Trump looking at that beach and think "RESORT".

No one has a solution for the Palestinians. The two state solution is stupid and unworkable. The Palestinians won't stand for it. Their culture, their religion, their ideology all need to be destroyed. How best to do this?
