Not very nicely. Looked it up , it's another one of the myths. Only 1% of veterans described their homecoming from the service as unfriendly. People are usually compassionate about others , but their are jerks , both male and female.

There's one big reason why people are protesting , get rid of the problem and people will be celebrating instead of of protesting.

They are protesting law enforcement. Getting rid of law enforcement isn't a bad idea. It's what's protecting criminals from the wrath of the people. When vigilante justice is the only justice then there will be justice.

I was watching a Netflix show on cults and beliefs yesterday, and it pointed that once a person gets to a certain point down the rabbit hole, they're so emotionally invested in a belief (whatever it is) that it essentially becomes part of them. That can't be taken away by an outside source, and it's a huge risk for the individual, because they're having to give up so much of themselves. So they just choose to stay and defend it.

I was talking but the root cause of the problem - trump. Legal law enforcement is what's needed. Being a vigilante is generally wrong. You need not look any further than black history. Here in Omaha , in the early 20th. Century a mob stormed the city,'s jail and grabbed and hung a black man who was said to have raped a white woman. The woman later recanted her story. No one was ever charged for hanging that black man , not even the ringleaders of the mob. That's NOT justice.

$46 million plus, spent on the Army's parade...to mostly pay for the roads the tanks will destroy. I love parades for our armed forces...hubby is an army disabled vet....dad is USAF and the Air Shows were awesome too!

The President should have let the Army celebrate their anniversary without injecting himself in to it with celebrating his Birthday, distracting from honoring the Army imo.
