It’s not very appealing to set up shop there, given the pro-criminal stance of the leftist mayor.

25% vacancy is pretty good, compared to a lot of malls.

The problem is we've had a retail apocalypse, that was already going on thanks to Amazon and it's kin, and made much worse by Covid.

I haven't gone Christmas Shopping in something like five years for my ever-growing army of nieces and nephews. I do it all online now and wait for the presents to come to me.
