When is the penny going to drop that all oil taken out of the ground belongs to oil companies(in most places) now matter what country it happen in and is sold as Global Commodity.

I am not sure Trump is being logical or deliberate, but he seems to at least be stumbling in the right direction.

They haven't given hundreds... At the moment it is $126bn and over half that was given in Military aid and they counted the replacement cost, So in real value we doubt it is above $100bn.
