No they are not but many were. And Republican monitors were ejected from counting rooms in every swing state or could not get close enough to check anything. The election and the recounts had 0 integrity because of these actions. Actions swore to by others present. Affadavits are given under the penalty of perjury. There is no reason not to believe these ordinary people.

Guess what? That would have gone to a court to decide. Pence could have done it. All that would of happened is an investigation. It would only delay the outcome and if there was no fraud it would be the same. Pence knew there was no time to cover the fraud. He was simply complicit. For what reason may never be known. I would say blackmail and intimidation had a lot to do with his decision.
