But they will eventually try to invade South Korea.A forceful reunification with South Korea has been their stated goal ever since the 1950's. The only thing stopping them from marching in and taking control of S. Korea is our military presence there.

Look at North Korea compared to South Korea: South Korea is a valuable ally, a productive nation, and a trading partner with the world. They manufacture and export all sorts of goods which this world wants or needs.

Meanwhile North Korea spends it's entire GDP on manufacturing weapons of mass destruction, counterfeiting $100 bills, and militarizing its citizens.

Does anyone really think a unified Korea under the leadership of a deranged person who thinks he's a "deity", is going to be a stable, secure, global trading partner? Anyone who truly believes this should have his or her head examined by a brick mason.

Then why allow them to be in a position to destroy SK? They need to be dealt with severely as a complete and total devastation of South Korea would have drastic and immediate worldwide ramifications.

I'm no globalist but even I can see the effect a NK incursion into SK would have on the global market.
