Hard times for farmers got tougher with President Donald Trump’s trade war. Now Midwestern farmers are filing the highest number of bankruptcies in a decade, according to a Wall Street Journal analysis of federal data.

And farmers aren’t hopeful about this year.

Well, if Trump doesn't get the money for his wall, he's gonna shut down the government again, and that is supposed to happen on Friday.

If the government is shut down, they can't get any legislation done to pull back the tariffs that will take effect in 3 weeks, and that will deepen the already bad position that Trump has put this country in.

Yes. I'm tired of Trump's version of "winning".

Once again, the world’s investors are turning their worried gaze toward China. And for good reason. Economic growth in the third quarter sank to 6.5 percent, the slowest pace since the depths of the global financial crisis in 2009.

Trump (yes, I voted for him) has done some pretty stupid things between this silly trade war and the corporate tax cut. Neither of those were positive for our economy. But hey, we got 2 more conservative justices and will possibly get a third if Ginsburg ever admits she is dead.
