Trump to restart rallies next month as he plays coy about 2024 run

Former President Donald Trump will resume holding his signature rallies next month, The Post has confirmed.

Dates and locations have not yet been announced, but a source said the president’s team is in the process of selecting venues for a pair of events in June. A third rally is expected to take place around the July 4 holiday.

Trump has sat for occasional interviews since leaving office in January, but has not addressed a campaign-style rally since Jan. 6. Hours after he spoke, some of his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol, attacking police officers and disrupting the congressional count of electoral votes from the previous year’s election.

This is great news. I personally think DeSantis is the better choice for 2024 but I would love for Trump to come back as well.

Will Donald Trump actually pay the communities for venue rentals, security, and staff for these rallies, or will be continue to stiff communities where he holds the rallies? If I was in charge of ANY venue Trump wants to use, I'd demand 100% payment up front, plus a hefty damage deposit. Trump's history of stiffing cities is long and disgusting.

Communities couldn't say "No" to Trump when he was President. They don't have to let the fat, old, deadbeat back into their civic centres unless he pays in cash, up front, this time.

If Trump starts charging people to go to his rallies, will anyone show up?

I have to write a friendly little reminder here. It's very important we donate as much as possible to Trump's new PAC fund. It will be used to get candidates who think like us elected in 2022 and 2024.

Great news? Have you lost your mind?

You don't think that its smart for the Republicans to jump in early to battle Sleepy Joe?
It’s about dumb Don not the R Party. However it doesn’t really matter since both parties are essentially one and little difference between dumb Don and old Joe.

Trump is the greatest president ever.
Biden is a sick demented socialist usurper to the office.
Great news? Yes
Have I lost my mind? No
Are you retarded? Quite likely

Trump is a dumbass liar and a cheat. His rallies will help fund his legal expenses and destroy the GOP.

I proudly voted for Mr. Trump twice.

But I hope that he does not run in 2024.

Many people really, really, really "dislike" him, so I think that the chances of an honest election would be diminished.

He should simply be the elder statesman of the Republican Party.

He should whip up enthusiasm for whoever is the candidate.

And if the election is reasonably honest, one would think that a lot of Americans in 2022 and 2024 would prefer the Republicans, given the agenda that the Dems are currently pushing,

Yes..and make those checks payable to Trump’s personal PAC to use as he pleases. This PAC is otherwise known as the Mar-a-Lago fund.

No one is "being stiffed" at all. President Trump has a RIGHT to speak out, and a RIGHT to travel. If it causes some cities to be bothered by it, tough shit. Change the Constitution, if you don't like the idea of legal protesting.

BTW, Antifa and BLM haven't paid Portland, Ferguson or Minneapolis for their protests either, and they are a lot more disorderly than a Trump rally.

If Melania was the 2024 GOP candidate, do you think the libs would be any happier? Even if she discovered her birth certificate and found out that she was actually born in Green Bay, Wisconsin and just plumb forgot- not in Slovenia as previously thought?

Pass the hat.

Nope. The pass the pen and the registration form. One thing overlooked about Trump rallies is that they registered tons of independents and democrats at each rally. Biden could not fill a bathtub for a rally. That by the way is more evidence that the election was stolen. Trump got more democrats to vote for him than any other president.

Certainly that is true for congressional races.

Ivanka was born in the US and is eligible. Of the children, I'd still rather have Don Junior run. Women are controlled by their hormones and don't always make the best decisions.
