Trump has threatened any country that imports oil from Venezuela with 25% tariffs on their goods. Currently the US is the #1 importer of Venezuelan oil, with China a distant second. Thoughts on using tariffs as third party punishment?

However the only country I can see where Trump will use tariffs for sheer blackmail is Canada - all others it's just going to be threatening - withdrawing - threatening - withdr........ etc. etc.

And simply provides a great excuse/pretext for businesses in general to continuously raise their prices.
