But I don't see how it works. Calif has problems, but look at Fla. There's already routes from Jax to Mia to Tampa that either don't intersect roads or can travel the same path as a toll road with limited cross traffic. But people don't want it. But yeah, we have lots of places to implement light rail and more subway/commuter train capacity.
