1. Land swaps, Russia gets Luhansk & Donetsk & Crimea
2. No NATO ever, but maybe Ukraine could join the EU, which has some security guarantee?
3. Putin wants Ukraine to demilitarize?? Z would never agree to that, Ukraine needs to keep its military.
4. If Trump gets his rare earth mining deal going, that should come with some US security guarantee.

So if Putin drops the demilitarization demand, and agrees to the land swaps, and agrees to the EU but not NATO, there might be a deal. I doubt Putin would accept, he very badly wants ALL of Ukraine.
