It’s not demonstration when physical things like beating and burning occur. Demonstrations are largely being present and vocalizing. They are not attacks nor physical intervention in law enforcement

No. Ice was not dragging people out of their cars, cracking car windows, shooting in to moving cars, going in to high schools and using pepper spray, shooting people in the eye with rubber bullets blinding them, or shooting at ministers, or kicking the father of 4 marines while downed, etc etc etc. under Obama....over 3 million deported. It's the measures of cruelty by the Trump admin that are very, very, very upsetting to most decent human beings and Christians.

They are fighting because of how inhumane, and unAmerican ICE has been directed to treat illegals, and to mistreat U.S. Citizens, Sly. It's absolutely horrifying to watch, and it's just plain wrong. No one had to witness this cruelty under Obama, and ICE deported 3 million illegal's during Obama's term. It's shameful!

What's at issue here us states' rights vs. federal responsibility. That's it. I believe that local control is more likely to represent the populace than someone 2000 miles away, and that usually works in a loose structure with some baselines. If a state wants to turn into a permissive victim society with total state dependence and control, they should be able to, as long as the majority agree to that. They can move to another state. Simple. When that state (or city) demands financial support and security from the other states to be able to do this, then it becomes a national matter. There is also the question of are the citizens of that state still subject to the criminal laws of the nation or are they now subject to only local jurisdiction. There's a lot more going on in Minnesota than just a rogue governor and a little ( $5 to 20 billion) fraud. A lot more.

The level of protesting and interpretation of the Constitution is the hinge point, like always and may or may not be resolved successfully by the courts. We are going through a voyage of self-discovery for sure.

Care do you support "peaceful" protesters kicking ICE vehicles? Blocking the path of law enforcement vehicles or the entry ways to Federal buildings? Throwing rocks, bottles, and other objects at law enforcement? I saw video of "peaceful protesters" setting fire to vehicles vehicles and one stole a sniper rifle from a law enforcement vehicle.
Or these protesters intervening with ICE making an arrest?
