Harris has agreed to the September 10th debate and proposed an October debate.

And she agreed to the September 10th debate because it was the only debate already scheduled by Biden before he dropped out of the race.

As for all the rest, that's just speculation backed by nothing. While there has been issues with debate questions for primaries, there never has been (that we know of) for presidential debates.

No, the September 10th debate was a prescheduled presidential debate. Not a VP debate. It was originally between Biden and Trump. After Biden dropped out, Harris committed to the debate to take his place. On August 9th, Trump committed to attending the original debate date.

I'm pretty sure you have no idea what you're talking about. As the September 10th date with ABC was set as a presidential debate on May 15th or so, months before Harris became the presidential nominee.

She never backed out of the Fox debate. She never agreed to it.

Trump agreed to the September 10th debate. TWICE. And now appears to be trying to back out of it.
