The topic is you're up in arms because some children's libraries won't stock a particular book for children to read. You apparently think that amounts to book banning even though the children's parents are free to buy and read that book to their kids anytime they want to without fear of being arrested and having the book burned in front of them.

Tell us, why are you so incensed that some kids won't be able to find this book in their libraries? Those libraries include and exclude books all the time and you don't scream that they're being banned. Why do you think this one is so important? You do realize that, using your standard, the vast majority of books ever published are being banned because these libraries don't stock them?
