You give them DAYS warning so they can get to higher ground.

But if you curtail weather balloon launches, and fire your senior people at the NWS, what do you expect?

You cannot predict a thunderstorm days in advance. You can predict ran and thunderstorm activity but not when and where. They cannot predict a hurricane accurately, Helena is an example, I haven't heard you say the same about Biden on that one.

If NWS had been properly staffed, they would have predicted a heavy rainfall, and stagnant air masses, days, not hours before the storm hit. And warned of the likely hood of flooding when that happens.

But the people who knew about severe weather were probably DOGE'd because they didn't answer their e-mail.

Of course there is no reason for him to visit--nor was there a reason for Biden to visit East Palestine. Yet somehow the same outrage is not shown.
