Not going to stop your dancing. Your cult's meltdown is quite entertaining
I don't have a cult. But you are all such unprincipled nitwits that all I can is point and laff.

So you’re for price controls?

Thats terrific...

Can we get them on eggs, steak, cars, utility bills, etc???
I agree, they got upset when Harris promised to do it and Harris is wrong, today Trump is wrong. We don’t need price fixing, it doesn’t work out in the long run.

OK. Price controls, but prices are NOT controlled by the government. Happy?
Pharma can set any price they want, but the US will not be price gouged.
So setting a ceiling price by the government, an entity that has never known a ball bearing it couldn’t **** up, is a good thing.
Y’all’s economic thinking is as fubar as the progressive left.

I'm waiting to make my judgement. This sounds like the same old bullshit dems spew. Sounds good on paper but not so much in real life. Drugmakers will recover their money one way or another. It is the yin/yang of the universe, sort of like the game Whack a Mole. You whack one mole and another one just pops back up somewhere else.
I’m not seeing government being involved in this as a good thing, whatever government touches, it goes bad.

1. The US government will not set a ceiling price.
2. The US government says US patients will not pay more for a given drug than any other developed country pays.
3. Why should US patients pay $1300 for Ozempic when Brits pay $88? That is FUBAR as far as we are concerned.

Denial

Is that what they say?

They shouldn't. They should stop doing that. Think they will?

Trump gave an example where "fat drugs" cost $1300 a month in the US but $88 a month in the EU. There are many such examples.

What gets me is that I just saw programming where someone pointed out that around 16 republicans are fighting Trump on lowering drug prices.

Apparently Big Pharma is in the back pockets of half the people in Washington. I am beginning to see why MTG said last week that the Senate does not work.

I also just heard that the current Congress has been the least productive of any first 100 days for in the last 70 years.

I am getting really sick and tired of this crap.

#2 Is setting a ceiling price.
#3 End the patent protection and allow competition.

The reason prescription drug prices are so high is that most us aren't paying for most of our prescription drug costs. The regulatory gravy train setup by the insurance companies and big pharma is very lucrative.

This is copied from the OP link:

The order calls on the health department, led by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., to broker new price tags for drugs over the next month. If deals are not reached, Kennedy will be tasked with developing a new rule that ties the price the U.S. pays for medications to lower prices paid by other countries.
“We’re going to equalize,” Trump said during a Monday morning press conference. “We’re all going to pay the same. We’re going to pay what Europe pays.”

Not denial, a negotiation, that is what Trump said, yes I know Trump keeps his promises.
