That depends on who they are if you ask me. Are they all bad? I mean those positions have to be refilled if you fire them all. Seems wasteful to me.

They [a new President] usually remove all of them within a few weeks, asking them to resign, and 99.9% do resign. Occasionally, one o two will be asked to stay on for a wile.
