Not finding evidence is now a reason to get fired?

Educate yourself on why prosecutors take cases to grand juries in the first place. You're ignorant.

The rules of prosecution say that the prosecutors shouldn’t take cases to court unless they feel it’s likely to sustain a conviction.

The rules are not to prosecute any case you can get past a grand jury.

Time to throw out those 34 felonies then eh? Grand juries were what were used as justification for bringing those charges. Hmmmm. Keep digging.

No longer needed, replaced by a machine, supported Kirks murder, state raised min wage,
Who decided they were no longer needed?

According to most knowledgeable sources, many of those jobs and departments that Trump disposed of (because he wanted to do so and not because there any good reasons to do so) were needed and provided services that kept people fed or even alive. I mean, after all, Trump got rid of the Aids department:

Why is addressing hunger important?

Malnutrition slows economic growth, perpetuates poverty, impacts children's education and adults workforce skills with dire consequences for countries' human capital and future development.

So explain your "no longer needed" statement

Anyone who is hungry in the US has no one to blame but themselves. Between welfare, SNAP, EBT, free breakfast and lunch in schools, and private sector food banks, there is no substantiation for your claim that malnutrition exists. LOL, go down to your local welfare office and count the obese. The worst fed in the US are better fed than most of the well fed in other countries. Why do you think the US is in the top five leaders in diabetes behind only China, India and Pakistan.

The prosecutor felt confident they would get a conviction. The grand jury was just one step.

And guess what? They got the conviction.

So grand juries are necessary. Thanks for that. Kind of flies in the face of what you posted in #136. Careful what you post--it is on the internet and never goes away.

They’re necessary but not sufficient.

That’s why the DoJ has rules for prosecutors.

Have you ever heard of a RINO?
Other than the fact that there was enough evidence to have it decided in the courts?
Yes I’m looking for a real to back up your claims that he was carrying water for the left. This case is going to get laughed out of court

That's your nonsensical speculation. Or are you gazing into your crystal ball?

It’s inferred. We see Trump demanding the prosecution without giving a shit as to how weak the case is. This is reflected in the statements from his supporters, who often admit the likelihood of a conviction is remote.

Are you a judge? A lawyer? No? That's what I thought. Your opinion carries no weight in a court of law. The court will decide how weak the case is---kind of like the SCOTUS will determine the validity of those NYC kangaroo court cases. Your crystal ball will have nothing to do with it.

The prosecutors are pretty good at determining the strength of a case, in fact it's part of their job.

It’s inferred.
Nothing in court is "inferred" Facts and evidence are the deciding factors. BTW, weren't you calling for Trump's head because he only released 33K pages of Epstein files that your favorite vegetable would not release for four years because---according to him--there was no evidentiary value? LMAO, keep digging.

Wrong again. They take it to the grand jury to make determinations on controversial cases---but as we found in NYC, it isn't fool proof either. SMH, get an education---fantasies that come out of your imagination are not reality.

Inferences are made all the time. It’s obvious that this isn’t about justice.
