You could be right. Trump can really be egocentric at times, it DRIVES the guy, but then, that has been his business trademark all his life, his "brand" and the thing is, he has usually done very well. For the most part, if you are honest, he has really been an exceptional president in many ways, but it always makes me laugh how much you tards are bothered by his bloviating--- maybe if a few democrats just once said: 'Hey Donald, that was pretty good, thank you,' he might not have to always pat HIMSELF on the back.

The renovations were initially estimated to cost $1.8 million. It appears the cost of the project is now up to $14.7 million, according to a contract summary of the Interior Department’s award to Atlantic Industrial Coatings.

But it didn’t take long for many of the same issues to resurface. Not long after the newly renovated pool was filled with water earlier this month, algae again discolored the water.

The contract was handed to Atlantic Industrial Coatings through a no-bid process at $13.1 million, going to a Virginia company that had never once held a federal contract before this job. As pool service owner Cochise Wanzer II put it to the AP, "What do you expect?" The pool coating, designed for smooth plaster and concrete surfaces, was applied to a reinforced concrete basin that was rushed through prep and flooded before the material had any real chance to bond.

For $13.1 million, the American public got a green swamp with peeling walls and phosphate levels far above safe limits.

Experts say the whole thing needs to be stripped and redone from scratch, meaning the country may end up spending that same money twice just to get back to where it started. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING trump touches gets ruined.
