trump says there's "no price tag" for deportation.

The US arms industry WANT increasing violence over the border, it's their bread and butter. But it has the nasty side effect of creating - in effect - refugees. Trump could address that but he won't he just doesn't care, he goes on about illegal aliens because it gets him votes, he cares so much that he and his team didn't even draft and outline plan and cost for the mass deportation, I mean how dumb can 73,663,038 people be...time for a beer...later folks...
The were smart enough to kick the educated elite's asses. DHS gets $62B a year. They can afford it.

As I said, a common misconception.
It all depends how they crossed the border. With the majority actually legally entering the country.
If they entered legally, the second their visa expired they are breaking the law. Anyone awaiting a hearing can be legally removed until such time as the hearing. There are no special protections during that time.

Oh come on, dude. Most every illegal coming across the border doesn't even have a visa or any paperwork that justifies being here. Many of them don't even have any identification papers.

Tell ya what: You go down to the Texas or Arizona border and find a hole in the wall. Cross over into Mexico illegally without going through a point of entry and see how long you can go without ending up in a Mexican jail and/or being deported. Or try to sneak into Canada without declaring your intent and purpose for going there, for that matter.

I don't get you folks at all. If other countries can protect their borders, why is it you have an issue with protecting our borders?
They want the drugs, child sex slaves, or the violence. Nothing else explains it.

"We obviously have to make the border strong and powerful and, and we have to — at the same time, we want people to come into our country," he said. "And you know, I’m not somebody that says, 'No, you can’t come in.' We want people to come in."

As a candidate, Trump had repeatedly vowed to carry out the "largest deportation effort in American history." Asked about the cost of his plan, he said, "It’s not a question of a price tag. It’s not — really, we have no choice. When people have killed and murdered, when drug lords have destroyed countries, and now they’re going to go back to those countries because they’re not staying here. There is no price tag."

And yet there is a price tag. Not only for the economy (removing that many workers is inflationary because it will drive up the price of labor. Plus it will reduce GDP), but for the government.

How much could it cost?

Vice President-elect JD Vance has estimated Trump's actions could result in 1 million people being removed from the country each year, a pace the nonpartisan American Immigration Council estimated would cost about $88 billion annually. To deport all the people in the U.S. without authorization would take about a decade and cost nearly a trillion dollars, the council said.

I guess the thrill he got from hearing the screams of immigrant children after being separated from their parents wasn't quite satisfying enough. Now he'll be breaking up families who have lived here, yes illegally, for many years. I personally know someone here in CO who is married to an illegal alien. That marriage is over if the ACLU isn't able to stop Don in the courts.
Do you even have a clue what the price tag is for open borders? There's no price tag for that either.

Nonsense, there are no special protections for illegal aliens in either.
No special protections. But protections covering "we the people"
Sixth Amendment

They are not the 'people' that is reserved for citizens. Keep reading the 5th you missed the good stuff. Later in the 14th person is used to define Senators, again, not applicable to illegal aliens.

The constitution uses two descriptions.
The people
The citizens
The 5th, 6th, and 14th cited, apply to "the people" which means anyone physically present in the United States.

Nearly all of the constitution applies to "persons", meaning everyone (citizens, travelers, illegal immigrants).

Someone start a GoFundMe, I'll donate

I disagree with Trump. We should charge these deadbeats before booting them!

Nonsense, the Constitution can only apply to citizens, as it's writ does not extend beyond our borders.

Which means it applies to all "the people" within it's borders.
Unless it says otherwise, such as when it says "citizens".

Case by case, and when it comes to illegals only in the rarest circumstances. Pretty simple litmus test, did it apply to the Indians prior to the reservations? If not, it doesn't apply to illegal aliens. Indians were in our territory yet were not considered the 'people'.

Most of them pay taxes and get nothing in return.

That is, they pay for your EBT and welfare.

Please show me a source that agrees with you about the costs and timescales.
Come on Humberto from Tijuana…you can’t really think illegals are good for America in any capacity…can you? Have you ever been to ANY predominately brown shithole in America?

The Preamble is titled We The People…not We The People Of Mexico. The Constitution is not an international document, it does not extend to the citizens of other nations.

I'm taking how long does Trump have to deport all the one's currently here illegally.

So there are no more illegal aliens in the US to commit crimes.

How long will that take Trump to accomplish?

Mon ths? Years? Never?
From 1953-1954 President Eisenhower sent 1.3 million home to their shitholes using only 750 personnel.
What do you think we’re capable of now?
