Maybe. But proving it in front of a court beyond a reasonable doubt isn’t easy. It’s a lot easier to prove when you do what Stone did. Stone 1. Lied to Congress 2. Notified the person he lied about that he had lied 3. Pleaded for the person he lied about to either lie along with him or not testify at all and 4. (Here’s the kicker) do everything via text and email so that there’s no doubt what you did.

Finally, if you are convinced there is a case that Clinton lied no matter what, I’d suggest you’d send a letter to the person responsible for prosecuting such crimes. That would be the liberal-loving William Barr.

Now, perhaps you don’t have as high of an opinion of Barr as the rest of the conservative universe, but given his political affiliations, you can hardly claim Clinton isn’t prosecuted due to bias.

I am far left and dislike Trump, but tell me what Stone is supposed to be guilty of?

Stone never threatened anyone, and the reporter the court claimed he threatened is on record saying he never felt threatened or that there was any actual intent of a threat.

The supposed obstruction of justice is over wikileaks, and no reporter or anyone has ever been forced to reveal a whistleblower yet.
So this prosecution is absurd, illegal, and totally political.
