President Trump said on Monday that that he will lead a movement to get rid of mail-in ballots, claiming, without providing evidence, that it leads to voter fraud.

During his condemnation of mail in ballots he said he didn't think any other nation allowed it.

• According to the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, 34 countries or territories allow some form of mail-in voting (also known as postal voting).
• Of those 34, 12 countries allow all voters to vote by mail, including Canada, Germany, and South Korea.

But hey, we are all used to trump getting his facts wrong. It's a given. More importantly, it was Putin who made the suggestion trump get rid of of mail-in ballots.

Can you imagine a US prez being so susceptible to suggestion that he would say he was going to act on advice given by a dictator who doesn't allow free and fair elections in his country. Even though mail-in ballots have been proven to be safe and secure.

In simple terms, Putin put a thought in trump's head and trump is acting on it.
