Trump Reportedly Arguing With Ballroom Architect, Who Warns It Will Dwarf the White House

So, I'm not a real-estate developer, but isn't it customary to have a plan in hand before you tear down the existing structure?

Don't you guys think that would make sense?

The fact that there isn't one yet makes the demolition look suspiciously rushed.

What could have been the reason for the haste?

Da ballroom! Da ballroom!
Pathetic.

FOUR in FOUR YEARS?
Were held in tents.
The horror of being "outside", one night a year.

No, no one does a major project with no plan.

That is a Trump hallmark, though.

no one demolishes a large building without a demolition plan, and an asbestos remediation plan, including tenting the site, a remediation plan and a hazardous waste disposal plan. (dumping building material waste into the Potomac River to expand a golf course is not a plan.

It was obvious from the start that there was no clear plan for the ballroom. AI generated drawings were substituted for real plans. The drawings didn’t match one another. The gigantic size numbers didn’t either.

I fully expect that the East Wing site will be an empty wasteland when Trump exits.

As with most things Trump, arrogance and mismanagement are key elements.

Yes! Because leftists know more about real estate and development than the person who has done it all over the world.

Ah, the old prove a negative.

Shiw me where you’re not getting emotional and hysterical,
Show a picture that you think more accurately shows the ballroom
I did

Absolutely nothing that a week in the tropics wouldn't fix.

Now, you wanna answer the question?
I don’t jump to the requests of trolls like you. Now run along and go hump someone else’s leg.

It was a tennis court, you dumb *****.

Obama had lines painted on it and installed basketball post and hoops at each end.

Likely cost $2000 to $3000 including labor, and didn't demolish anything.

That’s not what Barry did but thanks for your delusion.

So little of these large events have ever been held at the White House, why build a ballroom?
If that were ever the case, others would have built something and NOT have destroyed part of the White house to do so.
To be used, how often?
These large events are routine at the White House.

In order to remodel, some level of demolition must take place. Idiots don’t get that.

But he does with you.
LOL.

Sure and Mexico paid for his vanity wall.

Either way, a very STUPID idea.

WHO?

Name ONE.
Trump wants a more dignified setting for official events and for visiting dignitaries as opposed to leftists with their tents and porta potties.

You trailer trash have a hard time with that after Biden had trannies fkashing their fake titties on the WH lawn.

For most architects, redesigning the White House would be a dream job

This guy will go down in history as the man who ruined the White House
No. That distinction belongs to Barry and Mikes Christmas displays and Pedo *Joes LGBTQ flags and lighting.
