Maybe the Pentagon should have been worried about logistics instead of college professors being "woke".

Russia has been at war with Ukraine for over 4 years now. They have threatened to go to war with NATO. On that alone we should have been building up our stockpiles of weapons.

Our military spending is upside down and out of control

Thankfully, before long we'll no longer have to worry about our presence in the ME.

Time to rethink our entire approach to Defense

Just as the botched withdraw from Afghanistan started before Biden took office, this weapon shortage can't be entirely laid at the Trump administration's feet. Weapons sent to Ukraine have also diminished our stockpile.

Biden/Trump, the two worse U.S. presidents to serve back-to-back since at least the start of the 20th century.
Biden was overall a good President. However, he did make a mistake by not sending some of our best to Ukraine as a real war testing ground. Almost all that we sent was old stuff that we were going to scrap in any case. Cheaper to give it to Ukraine than render it harmless here, especially the HE. And we should have been trading that for Ukraine's blue prints for cheap effective drones and missiles, which they have shown themselves to be the world's leading experts at building. Necessity is a mother.

Linkie. You are guessing--like your think tank source. Sorry, I wouldn't put my life on the line based on your guesses.
OK, then, so us your bravery and patriotism by volunteering for the Marines and service in the Mid-east. LOL And before you say it, I volunteered for military service during the Cuban Crisis. In uniform, on base, when we stopped those Soviet ships off of Cuba.

So now we may have a shortage of some of our best weapons. Perhaps Putrid Pete's war on "woke" was a bit stupid. The name of the game in modern warfare is logistics, and nobody in the Trump admin seems to realize this.

Your “source” is pretty clearly valueless.

I don’t doubt that we’ve used a large amount of our weapons. But I do doubt that our fighting forces and their leadership are familiar with concepts like replacing stock as used.

He was correct, and it is not just about Trump's active war, but it takes time to replace stockpiles being depleted of the advanced stuff. This could hamper our ability to deal conventionally with another far more powerful foe of the US than Iran. There have been several articles along those line also.

He was correct, you claim. But like the dopey OP, you simply state your baseless opinions and show no factual support for it.

Joe Biden gave it all to his buddy Zelenskyy in Ukraine, you know, the same people who paid his son millions just to sit on the board of a gas company he knew nothing about.

Yes, Hunter obviously used his father's name for his personal gain. Hardly a new thing with President's relatives. Pretty paltry compared to the billions made by Trump's son in law and Ivanka using Trump's name. And Trump's boys are doing the same. Not right by anybody.

No, most of what we gave to Zelensky was outdated material and weapons. We should have been giving him our newest stuff to test in real war conditions. And had payment by copies of the drones and missiles that Ukraine has developed.

You didn't read the thread. See posts #10, 14, 19, and 31, or maybe you should use the internet for more than writing on message boards and viewing porn.
