Trump put's tariffs on a bunch of penguins but not Putin. An outer island of Australia, was specified by Trump, to be assessed tariffs. The island is uninhabited. A bunch of penguins live there.
Every major country of the world had US tariffs put on them except for RUSSIA!!!!! Are you fricking kidding me?
