This means that Americans on a payroll, which are non-business owners, the people who make up the vast majority of the middle class, are going to have more money left in their paychecks. If you need any more of an explanation of why this is good for the American worker then you’re literally just stealing oxygen from the rest of us.

Social Security is in the red long term. Cutting the payroll tax further places it in the red since that is the only mechanism of funding. You have no evidence whatsoever that cutting the payroll tax will result in more money going into Social Security. You pulled that out of your ass. Trump wants to give a shortfall to Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security, a plan which would become a greater burden on the budgets, and thus give the RW an argument to privatize these programs. It is dishonest, it gives corporations and business more revenue that will not be passed on to the working people.

The same crap that the lame duck Republican H. of Rep. under Ryan passed the tax fraud, which benefited corporations with 2/3 of the tax cut, and who didn't pass it on to their workers, but used it to buy back stocks, donate to the R Party and enrich the Senior Officers.
