Trump Promise = "I will bring down inflation"

The reason oil prices are rising is Trump started a war with Iran and tankers can't transport the oil through the war zone. Period. End of story.

Now Trump is saying the war won't end until Iran surrenders, unconditionally. The resulted in the stock market crashing.
The goofball speaks...again, thanks for the laugh. Of course the price of oil went up because
of the war in Iran. Along with the stock market going down....temporarily. That happens
when there is a global event. Earning are still good, no inflation in sight.
Just hold on to your victoria secrets, or fruit of the looms.

I don't know. There are economists who lean right and economists who lean left and I have no doubt that economics taught in high school or at the college level would be taught by a left leaning economist or professor. Economics is somewhat like the weather, where they can define exactly what and why something happened, after the fact. It's kind of like the stock market, past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
This is not to teach economics by me, but one simple rule we all follow is we do not buy things, we buy benefits.

I Learned this about 66 years ago. I forgot who taught me, maybe it was Zig Zigler or Jim Rohn. But they were right. And you will think it ove4r and know it is right. That home? Benefits sold it to you. That course in college you paid for, same thing.

The problem with your post is that there is presently no end in sight, and that means higher gasoline prices (out of our pocket money that will not come back), lower stock market prices that will cause losses and likely longer term negatives, all of which could have been prevented. More importantly, have you personally benefited in any way from this war?

Thank you, town crier. This folks is a huge problem for Americans. This person trusts the mainstream media. He does not personally investigate things like this; he follows his brand of the media.
Finally, he predicts the future. That is why he is the town crier.

The problem with your post is that you haven't a clue that it's a forever war.
You're just assuming and hoping for the worst possible outcome, You're bias is
showing. And to think, if you actually are old enough, you were probably mum
when Obama was at war with the middle east, and the same economic climate was
in play. How did that work out for us? Temporary? Yes, it was temporary.

Trump 2025 promise:

Inflation rate last month was 2.6% (up from the 2.4% when he took over the presidency). Nonetheless, next month is likely to not only be higher but probably in a big way, given that over the past week, Oil has risen 25%, suggesting gasoline prices will go up as well.

and this is all about the war with Iran that "Trump caused" and that is likely to continue and Oil prices go even higher.

Promise failure!

Losers jump on short-term spikes that go against the US, while ignoring the long-term trends.
I see that over and over. UnLuckyone here hasn't said a peep about record-low gasoline prices, but now he pipes up.
These folks do the same with the stock market.
Negative people are usually poor.

You're right, he was silent when the gas prices were low a month ago, and
listen to him now.

The contagion for the Democrats is that the ones who won't get rich do not set goals. They seem to never set goals nor read some top-notch books such at Think and grow rich. And when democrats raise hell over the rich, it wipes out that they too could be rich.

Thanks for the debasing comment, meaning you did not disappoint me, given that wa what I expected from you. You are so readable!

You did not answer the question as to how you personally benefit from this, or even how Americans benefit. By the way, you bring Obama into the conversation and given that you have always criticized him, does it mean you are against what Trump did? Or is it that you are a hypocrite, meaning you ridicule Obama but praise Trump for the SAME thing?

By the way, I wish for good things, but Trump rarely delivers

Americans are safer?

Tell that to the families of the six Americans that have died because Trump bombed Iran:

AI Overview

Six U.S. service members, all Army reservists, died in a direct Iranian missile and drone attack on a tactical operations center in Kuwait, according to official U.S. reports from early March 2026, with their identities later released by the Pentagon. The victims were identified as Capt. Cody A. Khork, Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens, Sgt. 1st Class Nicole M. Amor, Spc. Declan J. Coady, Maj. Jeffrey O'Brien, and Chief Warrant Officer Robert Marzan.

and over 1000 innocent people have died (so far) because of Trump's war on Iran

BREAKING: WAR CRIMES! Death toll from Trump’s illegal war against Iran rises to over 1,000 people, including nearly 200 children, as the US and Israel bomb hospitals and residential homes in Tehran!

and even Trump has said "there will be more deaths".

Prove that Americans are now safer, and don't quote Hegseth or Trump on this. Show proof!

The message board moron thinks bankers don't understand economics!!!!! Bankers are REQUIRED to understand the world economy. They're useless at their jobs otherwise. But this keyboard commando thinks he has all the smarts.

But keep telling us you understand world economics. We will continue laughing at your gullibility.
What a pantload.

He wants America to fail.

15th post
:rolleyes-41: Good grief, another ill-informed banker trying to connect dots.

All the while the reasons for the rise in oil prices at this
time are ***** slapping him right on the kisser.
Gas prices are going up because the tRumplings had to stick their collective micropenis into the middle east.

America First, sonny.
No, it is Trump first, sonny. We (Americans) are paying for Trump's decisions, which are made basically so that he is popular and feeds his ego.

Continue licking Trump's asshole and enjoying it!
