Trump playing 3-D chess again as he has the Department of Homeland Security take over the entire IRS and Department of Education

President Trump today says he is sad that the DNC refuses to fund the Department of Homeland Security, especially since he has now decided to have the DHS to completely take over the IRS and Department of Education via Executive Order.

"You know, it saddens me that the IRS won't be collecting any taxes this year", said Trump, "Because the DHS will be taking it over. But then again, they can't, can they, because democrats won't let them get paid. But what saddens me even more is, is that the Department of Education will also have to be shut down since the DHS is taking that over as well. And who knows, if the DNC takes over Congress in the midterms, the DHS may be taking over for them too. Such tremendous sadness, and all thanks to the democrat party as all I can do is drink their tears"

Maybe DHS also should take over the job of replenishing the toilet paper rolls in the DNC restrooms.
