The only reason Chinas communism survived is because of the West. Reagan would never have allowed it.

The Soviets and China were Stalinists, since Stalin killed off all the communists, anarchists, and socialists.
The only threat of anyone one with nukes was the US, who illegally used them on Japanese civilians.
China has always been capitalist.
