Sure, Hillary has lied. No one is disputing that. You can say whatever you want about Hillary’s ethics - they definitely are questionable, but at least she isn’t childish, insecure, and as stupid as Trump is. What is disturbing is that dumb ass's or suckers like you believe there is such a thing as "clean coal". Disturbing that a supposed and alleged leader would promote such a warped and malicious lie.

That depends on what you mean by "clean coal." If you mean coal that doesn't produce carbon dioxide, I have ridiculed that idea since the first time i heard of it. However, modern coal plants are more than clean enough. Any pollutants they produce are far below natural background levels of those substances. Obama's attempt to impose further reductions on those emmissions had astronomical costs with no perceptible improvement in the environment.
