Ironically if the "intelligence" people give information to the media that suggests that the President violated protocol it itself is a "leak". Senator McCain didn't really leak information when he told the world the Seal raid in Yemen was a "failure". Giving aid and comfort to the enemy was nothing new to McCain and it was his way of keeping the left wing media on his side and venting his anger and hatred of the President.
