What you leave out is that Florida intended for their Supreme Court to decide election disputes. Including that the standard for counting the votes is to recognize the "intent" of the voter. That was why recounts where they accepted dimpled chads, and hanging chads were counted for the recount under the Florida Supreme Court ruling.There it is. Cry until the cows come home if you want and you're still stuck on that one standard of voting,
which that standard was never used before in prior elections.
