Everything I've read about Trump's negotiations in a deal is that he is positively lethal until the deal is done and then he absolutely clears the slate and holds no grudges.

Yes......you can say that after trump beat 16 other competitors.......all well known, political experts and their minions who spent probably close to 200 million dollars vs. trumps less than 50 million.......beat all of them soundly.....and they couldn't touch him....
But you, in all your wisdom, say that now he can be a real candidate.......

I doubt if Trump would pick Ted after all the underhanded shit he pulled to screw him over.
No...Trump knows it was the way the game is played....you try to win.....now that it is over....time to reshuffle the team....and go up against the witch.....
