I totally agree with Trump. Perhaps not in the way he states it, but I totally believe there is a slow motion coup continuing even today.
Remember, there are three branches of government, the judicial, the executive, and the legislative.
The judicial are the courts.
The executive is the presidency.
And the legislative writes the laws and has oversight.
Trump has slandered the courts and he works diligently to block the work of the legislative branch. In other words, Trump is working to become the dictator of the United States. Trump is shredding the constitution even as we speak. That’s our coup. That our democracy is destroyed by a petty conman dictator.
Republicans were fine when there was 17 Benghazi investigations.
Republicans were fine when the Clinton foundation was being turned inside out.
Why, all of a sudden, are Republicans out raged that the president is being investigated. I don’t remember that ever happening before. What is different about this president and this Congress?
Doesn’t the Senate realize that if President Trump becomes a dictator that they will have no power? Not only will Democrats be out of power, but so will Republicans. It’s like Republicans in the Senate are helping their own demise.
So I have no doubt there is a coup happening. But it’s not happening against the president, it’s against the American Constitution.
We are currently faced with the fundamental loss of our country by destroying our democracy.
