I'm not sure of who "they" might, but trump is saying "They" are calling him the president of Europe. This doesn't match with what Gavin Newsome (America's favorite governor) says world leaders tell him. They say they are laughing at him behind his back.

He's so far around the bend he could slap his own ass.

What will his next title be, Pope?

Democrats despise Trump. Over what? Getting Europe to pay their fair share to "NATO".

How Europeans view Trump;
"More than half of Europeans consider U.S. President Donald Trump an “enemy of Europe,” according to a survey conducted in the EU’s eight largest countries and Denmark.

In the poll, aimed at taking the temperature of European citizens on transatlantic relations and security issues ahead of the ongoing European Council summit, 51 percent say Trump — a longtime massive EU skeptic — is an enemy of the continental alliance.

According to the survey, commissioned by Le Grand Continent and Cluster 17 and conducted among more than 10,000 people between March 11 and 14, even more people — 63 percent — say that Trump’s election makes the world less safe."

Well judging from context [that context being the televised ring kissing ceremony attended by europes political elite] "They" would have to be europes titular heads of state.

I will be backing Newsome all the way to the white house. [I have been backing him since Maher endorced him some time back] but you do not seem the least bit curious as to who "they" are in this case...or what it is "they" are saying...or who it is "they" are referencing when "they" claim "they" are laughing.
