Trump may be good for Europe in the sense of 'awakening' it. I mean his policies may give an impetus for the Euros to grow back their spine again and realize they still are (as for now, at least) one of the world's economic and industrial powerhouses. Not too much hope, but still.

I wasn't so sure during the first week but I see that he is improving. Much of what is a slap in the face for us in Europe is our own fault. I don't deny that it was the US that instigated it but it's our fault (the government, I mean) for playing leap-frog with the Hillalry Clinton, Joey Biden, Camel Hairless, and Tampon Timmy's horse crappy. And other than Viktor Orban and Robert Fico it looks like we are willing to dig our graves even deeper than what it already is today.
