Trump is deliberately tanking the economy!

TRUMP IS PUNISHING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WHO VOTED HIM OUT OF OFFICE IN 2020. AND HE'S LYING.

Here is the hard truth: there is no country in the world that is "ripping you off". Donald Trump LOST his last trade war with the world, when he tore up all of your trade agreements in his first term.

The trade agreements your 7 times bankrupt, fiscally incompetent, negotiated, after he bullied your trading partners, and tore up all of your trade deals, the last time he was in office, are now the trade deals Trump is tearing up. HE NEGOTIATED THESE DEALS.

Nobody is going to negotiate with this asshole. He'll just tear up these deals TOO.

Oh yeah. Your former partners and allies, are no longer doing business with Putin's new partners in the war against the Ukraine.

Canada is pulling all of their military contracts with the USA. We'll be buying our fighter jets from France. Yes, we've invested billions in that tax funded sink hole known as the F35, but you're on your own from here on in.

Look for other NATO countries to find other suppliers for our military build up.
You have close to 4 more years of this sulking and whining to do. GOD, where were these whiners when prices skyrocketed and Biden tried to blame Russia?

She's probably our enemy, because she's a hardcore leftist.

Most Canadians aren't as brain dead as she is.
I see.

I don't label anyone my enemy unless they give me ample reason to.

Being a massive idiot doesn't qualify. Being a willful one will, though.

Interloper? Suddenly we're your enemy??? Because Trump told you so?

Get out of Grandma's basement.
Furthermore, I have always opposed foreigners speaking on American political matters unless they actively participate in them. You sit there north of the border and whine when you don't even have the right to vote.

Yeah, I don't think so.

I've seen a lot of titles of blogs and videos stating that claim, and I don't think that's what's happening. The weird thing here is that what he is doing is going to damage, at least in the short term, two numbers that are near and dear to his heart: The GDP and the stock market.

A couple of things happened in that interview with Maria Bartiromo that's getting so much attention, the one in which skirted around talk of recession but still defended one if it happens:

First, he looked more relaxed than normal because he knew he was on friendly territory. And second, that made him comfortable enough to actually give an answer that is defensible: He's trying to "bring wealth back to America" by trying to re-focus as much production and distribution back here as possible. I sure as hell don't like the way he's doing this, and I sure as hell don't know if it will work, but at least he was calm enough to make sense.

Here's my theory (with absolutely no proof to back it up): He has touched on this stuff in the past, but not like this. I think someone got to him, someone he trusts, and filled in all the details and tactics for him. So while he and his oligarchs stand to really make out here, it could be argued that the actual goal is sound. The execution? Yeah, we'll see. This is a sloppy mess. But I don't have to like it.

We’re Already Seeing Signs That Trump Is Tanking the Economy
Doctor Trump: "We amputated your husband's leg. We think he will recover fine."

America: "But Doctor, my husband was in here for weight loss"

Doctor Trump: "It may not be what you wanted. It may not be what you needed. But I did something radical and you will love it. And I can still make my tee time."

How is Canada ripping us off?
The Media never tells you what Canada has done against the USA eh?

Actually Canada depends on us way more than we depend on Canada.

On Jan. 2, 1988, U.S. President Ronald Reagan and Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney signed a revolutionary free trade deal that removed tariffs on goods and services across the world’s longest border.

The treaty was not controversial in the U.S., but many Canadians feared it would eventually lead to a loss of political independence. During the election later that year, Mulroney had to fend off accusations that he sold Canada out.

“We built a country east and west and north,” said Liberal leader John Turner during the key TV debate. “We built it on an infrastructure that deliberately resisted the continental pressure of the United States. For 120 years we’ve done it. With one signature of a pen, you’ve reversed that, thrown us into the north-south influence of the United States and will reduce us ... to a colony of the United States, because when the economic levers go, political independence is sure to follow.”

Mulroney handily won the election, and the free trade deal survived. But 36 years later, as President Donald Trump repeatedly threatens to make Canada the 51st state, it is starting to look like Turner had a point.

Yeah, on their snowmobiles.
LOL! 😆
Gonna pick one of these:
Okay, Grand Beach. Let's see what it is there right now.

Well if you devalue the dollar the debt should be easier to pay off and some other type of Fiat.

So, if I read you right, you’re against bringing manufacturing back to America, businesses like pharmaceuticals, chips that go into our defense, etc?

Trump hasn't brought ANYTHING back. His last trade war cost you 200,000 manufacturing jobs and set manufacturing back to 2009 levels.

Off shoring continued unabated throughout Trump's Presidency.

Joe Biden is the guy who brought microchip production back to the USA.
You have close to 4 more years of this sulking and whining to do. GOD, where were these whiners when prices skyrocketed and Biden tried to blame Russia?

Prices were not "skyrocketing". The post pandemic inflation was WORLDWIDE, fool. The USA and Canada, had some of the LOWEST inflation in the world. We're isolating our economies from Trump and his tariff's.

A LOT of your inflation had to do with Trump, and the fallout from his bullshit trade wars in the first term.

The rest of the world is neither sulking nor whining, asshole. We're cutting YOU off at the knees, economically, which is why your markets are tanking. Nobody is going to be investing in your authoritarian dictatorship, or as long as you're allied with Putin, the Saudis, and North Korea.

Joe Biden is the guy who brought microchip production back to the USA.
Joe Biden was like the Captain of a tourist ship claiming he brought back Whales when all he did was watch it happen. Biden never improved the economy.

Ask any Democrat for specifics and they shit a brick.

Well, I’d bet on the US over Canada any day of the week.

Prices in the USA flew up like they were a Falcon 9 rocket under Biden. Nobody can brag Biden helped our economy. If they try they are liars. The inflation was not due to trump at all. Trump waged a war on COVID 19 and Democrats pretended he mismanaged COVID. Trump is why the USA got access to vaccines for CV very fast.
Other countries can't harm us. We are powerful thanks to Trump.

Did you really just post an article from 1988?! Trump negotiated and signed a trade deal with Canada during his last administration. What has Canada done to violate that agreement or rip us off since then?

I have no clue as to how the Canadian political system works.
To me it looks like they have a last nail in the coffin PM and no recourse.

Wow, that’s a weak ass way to retreat from a debate. Shouldn’t matter who you are talking to, if you have a better argument then you should be able to make it. You lose.
