Well, it was probably the whole charity abuse thing. Trump's Foundation was shut down, and he was ordered to pay two million dollars, for illegally misusing Trust funds for political purposes. I mean it takes a special kind of someone to collect money for charity and then spend it on themselves. The really comical part, he actually used those charity funds to buy a painting of himself. I mean you can't make up this shit.
But hey, that was just two million dollars. He settled the whole Trump University lawsuit for 25 million dollars. Mislead students, mislead those that contributed to charity. Are we starting to see a pattern here?
But the investigation is about tax fraud, insurance fraud, or banking fraud. Pick your poison. The fun part is going to be watching everyone fall all over each other to turn state's witness. Trump has no allegiance to anyone, why give him any. But you can't go to the bank, or the insurance company, and claim your property is worth tons of money, and then turn around and go to the state and claim your property is not worth shit. You are lying to someone. And this was standard operating procedure for Trump for years, everyone knew it. I mean imagine being a bank loan officer, you just loaned Trump, who has declared bankruptcy multiple times, millions of dollars on a property. Just for shits and giggles you check the property tax listing on that property, and lo and behold, you see it is listed for millions less than you loaned the money out for. That has got to piss off most people.
Nope, Fort Dix is going to be Trump's address. Maybe he can run a campaign from there.
