It hasn't happened enough for there to be a “typically”. It might just be a weakness of my knowledge of history, but I know of only one time that a President ever left office as a result of alleged misconduct on his part. I don't know what happened to the Cabinet when Nixon resigned, but I see know reason to assume that it is any indication of what would happen if Trump were removed from office. And certainly, I see no reason to suppose that it would result in any judges or Supreme Court justices being removed from office, who were appointed by Trump.
