“Trump benefits from an unequal system. Still, he can’t outrun justice”:

Apparently, despite Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin's opinion, Trump has (thus far) effectively outrun USA's systems of justice.

If the two of the criminal indictments against Trump, within Fulton County of Georgia's court, and Washington D.C.'s federal court do commence to be tried, (and it's doubtful if any of the two will even commence prior to the Republican National convention, and if any of the two cases commences, it's highly unlikely that any a jury in either case will deliver their verdict prior to 2024's presidential election day). It's even questionable if either of the two cases will even commence prior to that election day.

Bothof those trial's indictments are relative to Trump's direct and/or indirect attempts to overthrow the results of our nation's 2016 presidential election. Those indictments are of substantial concern to the majority of USA's voters.

I'm little concerned regarding NY States indictment mentioning Trump's effectively paid Hush money prior to the 2016 presidential election day. Those payments were made to a fashion model, and an adult film actress, and the publishers of a gossip- magazine. I doubt if the majority of USA voters are substantially concerned about that at this time.
If there's little or no NY State precedence for such a case, it's conceivable NY State chose to prosecute Trump only due to the great sums of money involved. But in this case, there's certainly the conceivable appearance of politically selected prosecution and NY State has shamed themselves. Respectfully, Supposn

Silly piece, the allegations took place years ago....the Dems could of brought the charges in 2021, or 2022....they however decided to wait until after he announced he was running. He isn't outruning anything, he is simply exercising his rights (rights we all have), if it delays a trial to after the election, well...maybe look at the timing they were brought

All of these years we know depending on where a criminal is caught there can be differences in prison terms. And there is a percentage that can really e circumstantial. Again, the authoritarians control the whippings. Trust reduces more and more do to it. Progs seem to be on the precipice of electing more and more radicals.

SDNY could have filed this “fraud“ case 40 years ago.

So weird they choose the year he is the leading political opponent of the sitting POTUS during an electon year. :auiqs.jpg: 🤡

Seems completely judicial and in the public interest and certianly NOT a political witch hunt.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

The justice system has been weaponized against Trump. In fact, several people ran campaigns to get elected with a platform of "I will get Trump".

i sure hope so.

the kind of establishment that allows jan 6 to go needs to be radicalized.

Well, at least the first word of the OP is correct: "Opinion."

For that Leftist rag to complain that Trump is being treated well by the Justice System is beyond ridiculous. He has been accused and indicted for 91 "crimes" that heretofore DID NOT EXIST! He has been fined a literal king's ransom for financial crimes that had no victim.

It is uncertain now whether all of the cases will actually play out to their logical and inevitable legal ends, but mark my words: Trump will NOT ULTIMATELY BE FOUND GUILTY of any crimes. The jurisdictions have been carefully chosen to ensure convictions at the trial level - brain dead Leftist jury pools, and all that - but when all appeals have been played out, not a single conviction. Because all of these cases are legal bullshit.

if these crimes did not exist why have the dream team not moved for dismissal on "ex post facto " laws?

trump will not be found guilty of any crimes. he has successfully run out the clock. now he has to govern, a test that he has previously failed. aren't you proud?

How did Trump "fail" at governing? If you want to talk about failing at governing, we can do that.

• Americans paid $2,250 more in increased energy costs since Biden was elected

• Hefty tax increases on the lower and middle class

• Raised the tax burden on Americans making as little as $20,000/year.

• 84,000 new IRS agents arming and training to be home invaders

• Continued government funding for Planned Parenthood

• Eliminated Medicaid work requirements

• Increased food stamp giveaways by more than $1 billion a month, without Congress

• A whole generation of kids physically and psychologically damaged by prison-style lockdowns

• Subjecting young girls to creepy boys posing as "transgenders" in girl's locker rooms

• Stealing women's ability to fairly compete by allowing transgender males in women's sports

• Subjecting children to pornographic "Drag shows" and grooming them to be sex objects

• The promotion of transgenderism in schools, resulting in the genital and fertility mutilation
of children and adolescents by unethical medical practices and Big Pharma.

• Mass shootings occurring sometimes three times a week

• An exponentially-spiraling epidemic of violent crime and drugs

• Shutting down private prisons and turning inmates loose

• Hundreds of US citizens and Afghans left behind in Afghanistan after the withdrawal

• People falling out of the wheel wells of aircraft leaving Afghanistan

• A weakened US military more concerned with "political correctness" than creating soldiers

• A weakened US military via destructive anti-white racism and transgender-promoting policies

• Record low enlistment numbers

• A revitalized Russian oil industry, despite US sanctions

• A war in Ukraine that has cost the US billions of dollars and killed thousands

• Increased possibility of nuclear war with Russia

• Traded an America-hating lesbian doper basketball player for a terrorist Russian arms dealer,
while leaving an American Marine in a Russian prison

• North Korea continuing to expand their nuclear enrichment and missile programs

• A stronger Iran increasing their funding for Hamas and Hezbollah

• China became more energy and militarily dominant

• A senile, angry, and incompetent president who fell off of a bicycle, fell up stairs, insulted
half the people in America, labeled people as "terrorists", divided the country, and tried to incite
a civil war.
