Last week, Israel (and with our support), the Bushehr nuclear plant that is located in Iran but is run by Putin (and the Russians) was bombed. Though no Russian was killed, the bombing brought an immediate reaction by Putin, in which he threatened retaliation:
"We strongly condemn the irresponsible and utterly unacceptable missile strike on the inner perimeter of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, just a few meters from an operational reactor," Zakharova said.
Putin clearly supports Iran in this war:

The last thing that needs to be mentioned, are the benefits to us greater or lesser than the consequence or cost of the war?
Iran is NOT a risk to us personally as they do not have the ability to reach our shores militarily, so why did Trump decide to do this?
Could it be ego?, attention taken away from the Epstein files?, or simply stupidity?
