No, actually Toolbag, Trump just wanted a two week shutdown in April of 2020 where everything stopped and we all hunkered down to let the virus die, but the governors of the blue states jumped up and said THEY had ultimate authority in their states and you all collectively got together and approved the plan to shut down all non-essential businesses, education and schools for the rest of 2020 and 2021 only really gradually getting back to normal by 2023 with many people and businesses still struggling to recover from still in 2024 and 2025.
