The Palestinians have already rejected the Deal, but their refusal to participate will be seen by Trump and Israel as an insult, or at least it will be spun that way. Trump has already warned that his proposal is the Palestinians’ “last chance” and his United Nations Ambassador Kelly Craft has advised Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas not to raise the issue at all with the world body. Unwillingness to embrace it will provide a good opportunity to really lower the hammer on the Arabs. The map provided by Trump shows a cluster of Bantustans surrounded by Israel soldiers and police who historically have regarded nominally Palestinian areas as a free fire zone. When violence erupts, which it will, the largely unarmed Arabs will be slaughtered and David Friedman, Donald Trump and Bibi Netanyahu will all conveniently blame it on the Palestinians as it was the Israelis who “wanted peace” and the only obstacle remaining was and is the obduracy of the Palestinians. If only they had accepted the Deal, the outcome would have been different the contrived narrative will go.

Many interested parties have already weighed in on President Donald Trump’s “Deal of the Century.”

But wait! There's more- slicer and dicer on special a 2fer

Trump/Bibi/Adelson Buy the Senate

The Greater Israel crowd in the US has almost total control of America’s Senate. This is mainly thanks to Adelson’s donations of over $100 million to the Republicans and relentless support from pro-Israel media like Fox News, the Wall Street Journal, NBC and Hollywood.

Add to this the unquestioning support of 80% of Evangelicals who make up a quarter of Republican voters. This cult believes that Christ will return once modern Israel attains its Biblical borders, and then Earth can be destroyed by fire and brimstone. Israel has cleverly exploited these credulous rustics who form Trump’s key electoral base. Trump is increasingly being compared to the Bible’s King David of Israel. That’s a long way from Queens, New York.

As they ask in my native New York City, “Is it good for the Jews?”, the answer is a resounding no! The Trump-Bibi theft of ancestral Arab lands condemns Arabs and Jews to another five decades of violence and hatred. The Promised Land was not supposed to be like this.

Oh noes! Joos!

Now that is an intellectual reaction! Such an esoteric explanation should be archived for future generations.
The Holy Land Was Hollow Until the Jews Returned

Unlike our ignorant ruling class, the British in 1918 knew and understood history. After the defeat of the Turks, another Islamic jihad was inevitable. So they established a Jewish Homeland as a decoy to that. It worked until Al Qaida realized that Israel should be bypassed and Europe, India, and the United States should be attacked directly. The only reason Dhimmi Americans aren't speaking Arabic is that some Jews wanted to live in the place where Ancient Hebrew was spoken. Israel is our shield.

Robert Fisk has studied (and lived) events in the Middle East for decades; he sums up Trump's "Vision" this way:
EPfDNtZW4AQyw05.jpg

"Truly, all must read these 80 pages.

"And every reader should go through them twice, in case, first time round, they missed some extra egregious indignity inflicted upon the Palestinians.

"The document wasn’t just a gift to Israel.

"It embodied every Israeli demand ever made to Washington (plus a few more) and effectively destroyed every effort made by the United Nations Security Council; every UN resolution on Israeli withdrawal; every effort of the EU and the Quartet on the Middle East to produce a just and fair resolution to the Palestinian-Israeli war."

Trump's Banal "Deal of the Century" is Impossible to Take Seriously - CounterPunch.org

Palestinians are expected to call Israel the "nation state of the Jewish people", censor and interrogate anyone daring to oppose their oppressors, and wave goodbye to the protection of the International Criminal Court.

Too much MAGA?

I suspect you know better.

"Bloody Balfour" was more concerned with establishing a "little, loyal Jewish Ulster..." at the headwaters of the Suez Canal than combating Jihad.

Winston Churchill sent the Black and Tans to Palestine

"The Balfour Declaration’s purpose was to form a 'little loyal Jewish Ulster in a sea of potentially hostile Arabism', according to Ronald Storrs, 'the first military governor of Palestine since Pontius Pilate' (his words).

"Not everything went to plan: the Zionist movement fell out with and, in the case of two groups, waged a campaign of guerilla warfare against Britain in the 1940s.

"Storrs’ comment nonetheless encapsulates how the British elite viewed their nearest colony and the Middle East through the same lens."
