How many of the guns used in crimes are legally bought weapons via the rules put in place by Chicago under McDonald?
Probably most of them.
Now the gang bangers don't have to send their straw buyers out to Suburbs or Indiana.
When everyone serving under you thinks you suck and when your job performance actually does suck, then there's a 99.9% chance that you really do suck. Johnson really does suck. As long as he's taking his orders from establishment politicians pandering for votes instead of getting solid law enforcement advice from professionals, Chicago will continue to fail.
Actually, Johnson has done a pretty good job with the effectively broken police department he got from McCarthy (the guy who looked at the McDonald shooting tape and said, "nothing to see here." )
Chicago sees decline in murders, other violent crimes for second straight year
The Chicago Police Department said there was a 27 percent decline in murders in 2018 from 2016 — approximately 557 murders this year — when the city recorded a staggering 762 homicides.
The department also recorded declines in shootings, robberies, burglaries, car thefts and car-jackings in 2018, the release said. It did not say whether rapes had fallen or increased.
Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson has previously said that “emboldened offenders who acted without a fear of penalty from the criminal justice system” were behind the 2016 crime spike.
So you know you got called on your bullshit, and refuse to admit it.
FOAD, you cheap dime store hack.
