1. Where were all the Democrats calling for the "Epstein Files" when Biden was President?
2. The Democrats/Left have no moral high ground. In fact, they are far worse than Republicans. They promoted and approved of the Open Border policy that saw thousands of children raped, enslaved, and trafficked. They own that and it's far worse.
3. To date, there is no evidence of Trump raping anyone and certainly not children. He does enjoy hookers, but if they are willing, it's not my business.

The judge in the E. Jean Carroll case is a pure politico. The case was a legal abomination.

• The law was changed and Statute of Limitations changed to target one man. That's a violation of the 14th and 5th Amendment. The Bill of Attainder was clearly violated. Due Process was clearly violated. Equal Protection under the law was clearly violated.
• There was no evidence or witnesses to a crime.
• The evidence that would have exonerated Trump was not allowed to be presented.
• The one person making the claim changed her story dramatically and repeatedly, including the day, month, and year; along with what she was wearing

To declare someone a "rapist" under those standards is a legal malpractice by the judge... but people like you seem to be alright with it. It will be overturned once it hits a court that cares about the U.S. Constitution and not straight politics.

Calling a person a "rapist" is calling them a criminal. What was delivered in that court room even in "common language" has been greatly criticized by most legal scholars/judges on both sides of the isle. A Civil Judge declaring anyone a "rapist", that was not convicted as such should be removed from the bench, but they did it in New York, so there will be no repercussions to that failure of a judge that does not belong on the bench.

That appeal didn't get out of NY State... once it goes Federal for U.S. Constitution violation the case will get tossed. It's cut and dry. You cannot create a law to target one person. You cannot leave out key evidence that exonerates one of the parties. It's a joke of a case that only a moron would think is just. The lawfare used by Democrats was an outrageous abuse of power that on one should be for and why the poll so low and normal people hate the party.
