Every state should wipe clean their voter registration database and start over by requiring everyone to reregister.

Then, in the very next election, ONLY those who voted will be carried forward. If you didn't vote, you are dropped from the registered voter database and will have to re-register again.

If you are not registered to vote 30 days before an election, you will be passed over for that election and will have to register for the next election cycle.

This way, the ONLY registered Database of voters is the one from those who voted and those who register for the next election.

There will be no open registration database going forward.
