So far, Trump has declared a national emergency at the border and a national energy emergency. So, in those type of instances, they usually have extraordinary powers to do things based on the emergency declaration. Things that they normally couldn't do.

So this made me think.........Trump wants fed workers back to the offices. The fed unions are threatening to sue or open up the contracts for renegotiation. Most contracts have a force majeur clause.

I'm curious if He can circumvent the contracts ala force majeur?

DJT can always do what Reagan did to the Air Traffic Controllers union.

It was a wildcat strike, illegal.

They cancelled themselves. Never won at NLRB.

Rest assured, the Dems will do everything they can to save the permanent bureaucracy.

Expect lawfare like crazy from the left. No way are they going to let government get smaller.

Screw that, just start selling the buildings that those worthless Non Essential Personnel used to work in. Then when their internet is cut off, because the servers in those buildings dont work, they can start crying when they dont get their checks either.
