Remember, 15 years ago during the Tea Party movement the right would carry around little pocket Constitutions and dress up like colonial-era Americans. They don't even pretend to care about the Constitution anymore. Like Christianity, it's lost currency on the right. The entire movement is just Trump.

He is such a dopehead.

The Judiciary in this Country is out of control and needs to be reined-in. The Constitution doesn't award nearly as much power to the Judiciary as the Judiciary has seized of its own accord.

Know who invented 'Due Process'? The Judiciary. Know who invented Judicial Review? The Judiciary.

The Judiciary is NOT a Co-equal Branch of government. It was never intended to be. The only people who ever said the Judiciary was a co-equal branch of government is (If you guessed; The Judiciary, you win a prize)

If our Founding Fathers had intended for the Judiciary to be a co-equal arm of government they would have given them an enforcement mechanism.

They didn't. So when the Judiciary tries to tell the Executive what to do, they have to ask the Executive to enforce it for them.

So what trump should do is just ignore them. What are they gonna do about it? Tell me -- What will the Hacks-In-Black do about it??

The Executive, the Legislative and The People listen to the Judiciary because we all WANT to. We used to trust them. They used to be and are supposed to be -- Impartial. They no longer are. Anybody that thinks the Judiciary is ipartial is part of the problem. They are not.

Not anymore. They are this country's biggest problem and need to be bitch-slapped into reality. The Judiciary IS the Deep State.

I know fer a fact you failed civics in school.
The US government is structured with three coequal branches: the legislative, executive, and judicial. The legislative branch makes laws (Congress), the executive branch enforces laws (President and federal agencies), and the judicial branch interprets laws (federal courts, including the Supreme Court). This separation of powers, along with a system of checks and balances, prevents any one branch from becoming too powerful, ensuring a balance of authority and preventing potential abuses of power.

Elaboration:
  • Legislative Branch:
    .Opens in new tab

Congress, composed of the Senate and the House of Representatives, is responsible for creating laws. They also have the power to declare war, approve treaties, and impeach the President.
  • Executive Branch:
    .Opens in new tab

The President leads the executive branch, enforcing the laws passed by Congress. They also have the power to veto legislation and appoint federal judges.
  • Judicial Branch:

The federal courts, with the Supreme Court at the top, interpret laws and ensure they are constitutional. They can declare laws or actions of other branches unconstitutional.
Separation of Powers and Checks and Balances:
The system of separation of powers is a cornerstone of the US government, ensuring that no one branch has too much authority. This is further strengthened by the system of checks and balances, where each branch has the ability to limit the power of the other two. For example, Congress can impeach and remove the President, the President can veto legislation, and the judiciary can declare laws unconstitutional. This intricate web of checks and balances is designed to prevent tyranny and protect the rights of citizens.

NONE of these SHILL Democrats were anywhere to be seen when Joe Biden and Democrats were taking a giant shit on the Constitution and the law during their architected INVASION of 15 million stinking illegals. They ignored the law and bastardized the law, on purpose. With the intent of subverting US elections by injecting 15 million dirt poor illegals they could control with government handouts to BRIBE to vote Dem. Canceling out the votes of born Americans.

Now, talk shit about Trump and the Constitution one more time.

His job is to do what’s best for American citizens…It is the job of the Judiciary to guide him down a constitutional pathway.
Remember when the Kenyan created his own personal citizenship and the Crypt Keeper threw ten million more brown cockroaches in the laps of Americans?
